Driving digital equity means more than only providing constituents with access to connectivity and devices. Governments must also provide more and better digital services. And they must look at every technology and service they enable through an equity lens. This paper lays out six strategies state and local leaders should keep in mind as they seek to provide equitable digital access and services for all constituents.
