While almost all schools have returned to physical learning environments, ongoing hybrid models and a greater emphasis on one-to-one devices mean that districts must still ensure all students have the connectivity required for digital learning — both at school and at home. This paper discusses opportunities for schools and districts to collaborate with community partners to solve shared access problems.
