How AI Is Transforming HHS: Building Healthier Communities in Illinois

Artificial intelligence is quickly becoming one of the most transformative tools available to state and local health and human services (HHS) agencies — offering new ways to improve outcomes, reduce inequities, and better serve residents. Governments are beginning to recognize AI as a foundational capability for modernizing care delivery and proactively addressing long-standing health disparities.
