An Eastern state needed better data on who was accessing behavioral health services like counseling and hospitalization, and how much was being spent. Optum created a dashboard to leverage the state's data warehouse to track utilization and demographics.
The dashboard provides trends and breakdowns of members receiving services by locality, age, gender, ethnicity and race. It can filter by claim type, diagnosis and more.
