The cloud can address many of government’s longstanding licensing and permitting challenges, including cumbersome paper processes and poor customer experience. This issue brief explores all the benefits of adopting a cloud-based licensing and permitting solution, with real-world examples pulled from the experiences of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and the city of Fishers, Indiana.
